Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the files have been made available for download. Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Licence Key Products For digital products that require a licence key, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the licence key must not have been activated. If a refund is approved, the associated licence key will be immediately and permanently voided and any active sessions will be terminated.

To request a refund on a licence key product, please contact us at uploadfxshop@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues If you experience a technical issue with your product or believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at uploadfxshop@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you are purchasing from within the European Union, please note that the 14-day cooling off period for digital content does not apply once the download or activation process has begun, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m). By completing your purchase and accessing your digital content, you acknowledge and agree to waive this right.

Refunds Where a refund is approved, you will be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at uploadfxshop@gmail.com.
